The parking ticket or e-citation, whether a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), an Excess Charge, a Fixed Charge or a notice of intended prosecution, is a vital piece of paper. The Sphynxx printer holds master documents for each type of ticket and merges the variable data as the ticket is printed. Ticket numbering can also be different for each type of ticket and can easily include check digits.

Sphynxx is designed to be used by Parking Control Officers (PCO) or police officers, not computer technicians. Screens are clear and unambiguous, maximum use is made of selection from displayed lists and a pre-selected comments file minimises the amount of typing necessary.
