Public Area Inspection / City Code Enforcement

This software module can be used either in conjunction with the parking module or as a stand alone application, for instance to report broken parking equipment, signs etc. (street furniture), or separately to report any irregularity discovered by City wardens (graffiti, drugs problems, damaged pavement, pollution etc.). Some of the main application features are as follows:

• Categorized and structured recording of findings on the spot, including details and measures taken.
• Categories, details and measures taken are stored in tables which can be populated according to the desired terminology and structure.
• Support for scheduled inspections of specific objects.
• Prevention of duplicate reports of the same situation by different people.
• Automatic forwarding of reports to the appropriate authorities, based on category and area.
• Attachment of situation photographs to individual records.
• Export in various formats (formatted text, comma separated, fixed width).
