City of The Hague on Sphynxx

The Hague is the third largest city in the Netherlands and being the city that is the home to the Dutch central government, the international court of law and most embassies, The Hague has its own specific problems in implementing and enforcing parking regulations. That is why they have chosen for the flexibility of Sphynxx.

Just before Christmas the training of all enforcement officers and backoffice personal, and the roll-out of 80 new hand terminals were completed. Now all but one of the 6 major cities in The Netherlands, together with 30 smaller cities, are using Sphynxx software and equipment.

Within a month after completing the implementation the production (number of tickets issued) in The Hague has doubled, again a proof of the user friendliness and ease of use of the Sphynxx software.
